Ingredients

4 Eggs
1 cup cow's milk
1tsp. vanilla
1 nutmeg
2 tbsp. baking soda

Preparation

In a small cup mix baking soda and milk until smoothe. After consistency is liquified add to the rest of ingredients.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Grease pyrex dish with butter. Turn oven on to 350 degrees.

Place ingredients in pyrex dish and insert in oven. Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees. After custard is baked properly, allow to cool. Sprinkle powdered cinnamon and a drizzle of pancake syrup and stick on a bit of exotic fruit (like the picture).
